Dr. Rosane earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical  Branch Galveston, and completed his internship in general surgery at Wright-State University Hospitals in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Rosane completed his residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Rosane is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Rosane is affiliated with Providence Alaska Medical Center and Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.
